He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Miner; and his brother James Miner. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Miner (Barber); his wife Carolyn; and his children, Donald Jr. of Hoosick Falls, Douglas of Burton, VT, Penny (Craig), Lapham of Bennington, VT and Marcie Suarez (Mike) of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
