He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Plumadore and Lillian Canell Plumadore; and his siblings, Anthony, David Plumadore, Barbara Sebastino and Kathy Sue Ware.
He is survived by: his wife Edna M. Welling Plumadore; his son Kelly Plumadore (Colleen) of Carthage; his stepdaughters, Crystal Fordyce of Pennsylvania, Marguerite Jack (Charles) of Pennsylvania, Wilma Kile (Tom) of Homer and Tina Ballentine (David) of Ohio; his granddaughters, Danielle Plumadore and Nicole Mulvaney; and his siblings, Marilyn Hickox (Robert) of Cortland, Daniel Plumadore (Kris) of North Carolina, Gary Plumadore (Bev) of Groton, Harry Plumadore (Betty) of Dentin, TX, Dean Plumadore of Carthage, Marguerite Ashcroft of Carthage, Ida Steenburgh (Gary) of Carthage and Diane Knight of Carthage. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
