He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his daughters, Lisa Edwards (Johnny Ray) and Jenny Lhotsky (Mike); his grandchildren, Austin LaFollette, Jordan LaFollette, Mason, Mallory and Lila Lhotsky; and his stepgrandchildren, Sampson, Cooper and Landen Edwards.
