He was predeceased by: his half-brothers, James Marks of Cortland and Russell Thornton of McLean, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Grant of Homer; his children, Art Bell (Nicole), Jodi Bell-Root (Michael), Eugene Grant and Lyn Grant; his grandchildren, Brandon Fitzgerald (Erica) and Emma Esslinger; and his half-brother Robert Marks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
