It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Kevin Atwater (Homer, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph W. Atwater and Jane Atwater (Duxbury); his brothers, Ralph W. Atwater IV (Kay), Craig K. Atwater (Valerie) and Terry S. Atwater (Michele); his children, Charles, Jr. (Jessica), Luke (Caitlin) and Tara L. Moore (Jason); and his pet Chet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
