She is survived by: her parent Beatrice Barrett Muir; her children, Richard Ackerman (Tiffany) of Homer and Christina Hernandez (Jorge) of Atlanta; her aunt Ruth Mulhern; her sisters, Diane Karp and Susan Preis; and her grandchildren, Floyd Hernandez, Juno Ackerman, Darrell Ackerman (Gayle) and Fay Avery (Carol). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
