He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Evangelista and Mary Catalano Evangelista; his brother Alexander Evangelista; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Kniffen, Darrell Lyon and Tudy Sims.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Dana Evangelista (Jennifer), Dina Kristof (Jason), Angela Knapp (Joseph) and Annette Frisbie (Chris); his siblings, Frank Evangelista (Anna), Marie Kniffen and Marianne Evangelista; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Evangelista, Duane Sims, Debra Gardner (Herbie) and Brenda Lyon. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
