He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Gloria Scott Barrett; his wife Tanya "Toni" Barrett; his children, Joan Cowen-Barrett, Richard Barrett (Tami), Sue Byron (Ron), Randall Barrett (Heidi), Christine Gilman (Art) and Andy Roushey; and his brother Harold Barrett. He was also cherished by sister in law Kay (Brian) Daily; several nieces, nephews & dear friends.
