He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cusa and Luigia Cusa (Giangrasso); his wife Lucia Gabron; and his siblings, Mona Puglielli, Vivian Trapani, Josephine Cannon, Frank Cusa, Anna Cusa, Richard Cusa, Salvatore Cusa and Pat Cusa.
He is survived by: his children, Louise Tryon (David) of West Park, NY, Christine Soeltz of Acton, MA, Angela Callery (Mark) of Southborough, MA, Paula Cusa of Highland, NY, Paul Cusa III of Highland, NY, Ann Cusa (Richard Keller) of Jupiter, FL and Tina Harris (Martin) of Woodbury, CT; his grandchildren, Eric Tryon, Kyle Soeltz (Jessie), Emilia Soeltz, Leah, Jacqueline, Brooke Callery, Paul Julian Cusa, Greyson Keller and Thomas Harris; and his siblings, Mary Valentino (Joseph) of Highland, NY and Anthony Cusa (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
