She was predeceased by: her father Richard D. Farnham Sr.; her grandparents, Harry, Sunny Ann Hope (Showers), Clarence Gene and Georgeanne Farnham (Dawson); and her brother Todd Kuhanek.
She is survived by: her mother Cheryl L. Dominick Farnham of Salamanca; her children, Allison Rae Farnham of Salamanca, Cameron Lee Tanner of Allegany, Dalya Danielle Beattie of Salamanca, Damont James Farnham of Salamanca and Douglas Robert Beattie of Salamanca; and her siblings, Sunny Ann Farnham, Cheri Lynn Jacobs of Redmond, WA, Summer Farnham, Leon, Ericka Farnham, Lyla Kuhn, Richard Farnham Jr., Randolph, Joshua Donor, Justin Michael Farnham, Darren Kuhanek, Mark Farnham, Niagara Co and Clarence Farnham of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her memory and sent to the Great Valley Community Church.
