She is survived by: her husband Darrell Lewis; and her children, Carolyn Miller (Steven), Philip Lewis (Linda), Mary Douglass (Mark), Timothy Lewis, Nathan Lewis (Deanna), Matthew Lewis (Pat Rasile) and Rebecca Horan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
