He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Rando and Antoinette Rando (Surace); his brothers, Salvatore Rando, Jr. and George Rando; his brothers-in-law, Charles J. Piscitello and John J. Gorea; and his nephew Anthony Tresoline, Jr..

He is survived by: his sisters, Angela Piscitello of Utica and Adeline Gorea of Frankfort; his nephew Jack Tresoline (Lynnette); his nieces, Karin Piseck (John), Sheri Ferdula and Patti Tresoline; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Tresoline, AJ Tresoline, Ashley Tresoline, Mike Zipko (Hayley), Jamie Zipko and Jake Ferdula; his aunts, Mary Gigliotti of Herkimer and Josephine Iocovozzi (John) of Florida; his friends, Vernon and Rebecca Volo; and also Andrew Zipko.
