He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jacob and Jean Jacob (Robar); and his sister Kellison (Lucky) of Massena. He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Johnson (Brian) of New York and April Myers (Chuck) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Kyle and Ceara Doolen; his daughter Sandra Bryan; and his brothers, Tommy Jacob (Judy), Mike Jacob (JoAnn) and Scott Jacob.
