He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Moynihan and Kisaragi J. Moynihan (Goya); his granddaughter Bailee Niznik; his brother-in-law Thomas Krasko; and his son-in-law Cory Niznik.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Polito of Anthony's Church; his daughters, Amy Randall, Kristine Wyborski (Michael) and Kayla Moynihan (Kent Blair); and his grandchildren, Brianna, Jorden, Samantha, Gianiya, Danielle, Brayden and Sophia.
