He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond T. Kinney, Jr.; and his parents, Raymond T. Kinney and Kathleen Kleissler Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Lawrence; his son Jack L. Kinney; and his sister Eileen K. Pendorf.
