He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Seyfried; his children, Donna Fornabaio (Peter), John Buongiorno (Karen), Matthew Buongiorno, Eric Seyfried (Karen) and Doug Seyfried (Sue); and his grandchildren, Matthew Buongiorno, Danielle Fornabaio, Nicole Smith (Kaleb), Nicolas Buongiorno, George Seyfried, Grace Seyfried, Doug Seyfried, Amelia Seyfried and Ava Seyfried.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Pius X Church or Catholic Relief Services.
