She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; and her brothers, Frank Parlante and Henry Parlante. She is survived by: her children, Frank Mangieri (Loretta), John Mangieri (Anne Marie) and Janet Ludwin; her grandchildren, Christine, Frank, Monique, Diana, Brad and Sam; and her children, Samantha, Jessica, Danny, Lorianne and Nicholas. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frances' name to PBS Channel 13 Media with Impact or St Judes Children's Research Hospital.
