He was predeceased by: his father Emmett Carroll; and his wife Phyllis Carroll (La Duc). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Farr (Carroll) and Janell Brown (Carroll); his son-in-law Greg Brown; his granddaughter Monica Brown; and his sister Joan Zimmer (Carroll). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
