He was predeceased by: his father David Terry; his son Jake Terry; and his mother Marcia Weaver Terry. He is survived by: his fiancée Julie Lawless of Harrisville; his son Shane Terry of Sackets Harbor; his grandsons, Merritt and Emeril of Little Falls, NY; his siblings, Michael Terry (Wendy) of Fine and Tina Frank (Timothy) of Theresa; his uncles, Wayne Weaver (Anna) of Harrisville, Allen Weaver (Anne) of Boonville and Gerry Terry (Lorna) of Cato; and his son Jay. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, and great nephews, as well as several close friends.
