With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara McCarter of Harrisville, New York, born in Madrid, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Miller and Ethel Miller (Cameron); her daughter-in-law Pamela McCarter; and her siblings, Bobby and Greta.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Kasperek (Joseph) of Fairview Heights, IL and Lonnie McCarter; her grandchildren, Sarah McCarter of Nashville, TN., Colin McCarter (Gloria Chen) of Brea, CA and Shannon McCarter (Sean White); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Wesley, Holly, Riley and Miles; and her sister Janet Wisley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
