She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabatino Spinelli and Theresa Spinelli; her sisters, Antoinette and Josephine; and her son John.
She is survived by: her former husband Sebastian Loreti; her daughter Gina Forgione (Vito); her grandchildren, Nicolette and Christopher; and her son-in-law Vito. She is also survived by her grand children, as well as several loving nieces and nephews.
