He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felice Macchia and Maria Forgione; his spouse Alessandra DiSavino; and his children, Antoinette Difeo (Vito), Rocco Macchia (Rosa), Maria Cipriano (Mattia), Felice Macchia (Pina), Mike Macchia (Maria) and Jerry Macchia (Patricia). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
