He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Christine and Wayne Strong. He is survived by: his parents, Emmett J. Smith Jr. (Tracy Conklin) of Afton, NY and Tammy L. Liechti of Port Crane, NY; his godparents, Richard and Sylvia Tuckey; his girlfriend Jamie Morden; his girlfriend's daughter Sophia; and his aunts and uncles, Peg, Matt, Becky, Bob, Corina and Debbie. He is also survived by many other Aunts, Uncles, and also 22 Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to a Breast Cancer Awareness Charity.
