She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phillips and Lillian Kimball Phillips; and her brothers, Arthur Phillips, Donald Phillips, William Phillips, Raymond Phillips and Vernon Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Ives of Hannibal; her children, Rebecca Taylor of Hannibal and Peter Hammond of Sodus; and her granddaughters, Tracy Hughes, Elizabeth Geers and Amanda Taylor.
Frances M. Ives, 83, of Hannibal, passed away on Wednesday, April 18th at Oswego Hospital due to complications of Alzheimer's Disease surrounded by loved ones.
