He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Brown and Martha Stoughtenger Brown; his son Kevin Brown; his wife Janice Brown; and his close friend Jean Stacey.

He is survived by: his daughter Debra Mastro (Robert); his grandchildren, Terry Mastro (DaMara), Nicole Stauring (Chris) and Sarah Tandle (Wayne); and his great grandchild Owen Mastro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
