It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas L. Chapman (Hammond, New York), born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Chapman and Grace Chapman (Greenfield); and his siblings, Bill, Andy, Mildred Kinney and Ella Constandy.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chapman (Betty Dunn); his daughter Jennifer Chapman Gallego (Ryan); and his siblings, Harold, Helen Eshelman, Ruth Brooks, Mary Schutt and Virginia Pielke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Friends of Hammond Athletics (via Citizens National Bank in Hammond) or Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
