She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Cotner and Lola L. Cotner (Reaves); her spouse Clyde Vowels of Hammond, NY; and her brother Richard Cotner. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Cooper (Jayne) of Lawton, Kimberly Hutchins (Scott) of Carthage, NY, Carolyn Hettick (Gerald) of Watertown, NY, David Cooper of Watertown, NY and Jane Desrosiers of Groveland; and her sister Janie Falls (Jerry) of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
Mr. Vowels passed away on October 17, 2014 at Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
