He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Fuller; his grandparents, Herb, Lulu Fuller, Dick and Ethel Croyle; his sister Cindy; and his grandson Carl Cook (CJ).
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Fuller; his children, Kylee Fuller of Boaz, AL and Keith Fuller of Craigsville, WV; his siblings, Randy Fuller (Cathy), Bruce Fuller, Art Fuller (Tracy), Todd Fuller (Cindy) and Carmelita Bowman (Albert); his son Brian Cook (Kaye); and his grandchildren, Amanda and Gail Downling. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
