With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noreen C. Osika of Hamburg, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Noreen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Noreen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Hurd (Robert), Patricia Keltchner (late Robert Sr.), Richard Osika, Jr., Kim Palmer (Clayton) and John Osika (Heidi); and her siblings, Judith Jasinski (late Thomas, Sr.), Thomas Perry (late Kathy) and Kathleen Perry (Chris). She is also survived by brothers and one sister; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
