He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas A.. He is survived by: his parent Amelia Luciano (Puglisi); his brother Ronald Luciano (Holly); his daughter Shana R. Storti of Florida; his sister-in-law Lynn Smero (Robert); and his grandchildren, Marisa of Florida and Michael of Florida. He is also survived by aunt, and many cousins.
