He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Darril L. Buchanan and Zandra Baker (Josh); and his sister Diane Sickler.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Dwight Buchanan in support of Dr. Sato's Research at Jefferson's Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
