He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Smith and Herman Smith. He is survived by: his wife Allyson; his children, Allyssa Smith, Maggy Smith, John Smith, Leroy Smith Jr., Ronald Scott Smith and Donna Sisco; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Daniel, Justin, Jennifer, Krista and Zachary; his great grandchild Ava Christine Smith; his siblings, Herman Smith (Kathy), Bernice Matheis (Ken) and Carol Dabak (Bob); and his stepdaughters, Dawn King, Joann King and Penny Stickle. He is also survived by children, Leroy's nieces and nephews.
