He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lierni and Phyllis Sayer Lierni. He is survived by: his wife Marie Lierni; his children, Rose Angela Lierni (Joseph Alu) of Garfield, N. J, Kenneth Lierni (Maria) of Mahwah, N. J. and Joseph Lierni Jr. of Old Forge, N. Y; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline and Kenneth Lierni. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
