It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey R. Hart (Greenwood Lake, New York), born in Warwick, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace "Skip" and Gladys Hart. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hart; his sons, Jeffrey Hart Jr. (Catherine Miller) of Greenwood Lake and Gregory Hart (Christine) of Greenwood Lake; and his siblings, Edward Hart (Jeannine) of Middletown and Linda Hart of Greenwood Lake, N. Y.. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
