He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Owen Heron and Madeline Dixon Heron; his wife Elizabeth Heron; his children, Joseph Heron (Geraldine), Veronica Piro (John), Robroy Heron, Theresa Steele (Steven) and Heather Heron; his siblings, Thomas Heron and Margaret DiSalvo; and his son Keith Heron. He was also cherished by his 20 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
