He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Quinton Kapper and Lucia Kapper; his aunt Caroline Beth Kapper; his cousin Peyton Austin Wilbur; his great-grandparents, Vito Alamia and John Hogan Sr.; his pet Gus; his grandparents, John, Jennifer Hogan, Edmund and Kerri Kapper; his aunts, Jenna Hogan and Alexis Curtis; his uncle John Hogan III; his cousin Jacob Hogan; his uncle Noah Kapper; his aunt Sadie Kapper; his great-grandparents, Lucy Alamia, Kathleen Hogan, Donald, Margaret Wilbur, Edmund and Edris Kapper; and his caregivers, Katie, Olivia, Makayla, Nina, Nadia and Hannah. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Quinton and Lucia ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Theo's name.
