He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Pearce and Irvin Pearce; his siblings, Margaret, Dorothy, Dolores, Eleanor, Irvin, William, Joseph and George; and his former wife Tomiko "Rita" Pearce (Okawa).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pearce (Soucy) of Greenwich, NY; his children, G. Joseph Pearce, Jr. (D. C.), Rita Pearce of Nashua, NH, Helen Pearce of Rollinsford, NH and Rosemarie Borson (Pearce) of Brea, CA; his stepdaughter Stacy Perkins (Noel) of Greenwich, NY; and his grandchildren, Tyler Pearce, Silas Pearce, Jacqueline Borson, Christopher Borson and Zoe Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and dozens of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
