With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Owens of Greenwich, New York, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Owens and Mary Owens (Malone). He is survived by: his significant other Connie Owens of Greenwich; his children, Frank Owens (Stephanie) of Saratoga Springs, Tom Owens (Linda) of Greenwich and Ann Signor (Andy) of Schuylerville; his grandchildren, Amanda Lightfoote (Scott), Ben Drew, Ryan Buell (Morgan), Stephen Buell, Ethan Owens, Travis Owens (Becca), Whitney Catlin (William), Adam Owens, Jake Owens, Joshua Signor and Briana Signor; and his close friend Kevin Shepard. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; 5 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law.
