It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter H. Schloen of Greenville, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schloen and Henrietta Grimsehl Schloen; and his wife Alice M. Kleinsim Schloen. He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Faltin (Wayne), Linda Abramoske (Thomas) and Carol-Ann Peralta (Joseph); his godson Robert Kuhsel; his grandchildren, Krista Kulp, Christian Peralta and Allison Peralta; and his great grandchildren, Leo Peralta, Chloe Kulp and Sophia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF), Columbia-Greene Humane Society, Mohawk-Hudson Humane Society, or St. Jude Children's.
