She was predeceased by: her parents, Murrel Ellis and Dorothy Ellis; her siblings, Rozanne (Harold), Robert and Murrel (Bill); her husband Wayne L. Chapman Sr.; her son Ralph Chapman; and her son-in-law Charles Gillmer.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne L. Chapman Jr., Russell L. Chapman (Bridgett), Gary L. Chapman (Connie), Cheryl L. Gillmer and Patty L. Washburn (Michael); her nephew Ray Croop; her niece Dorothea Crandall; and her caregivers, Melissa, Cassy and Shelly. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
