He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Stephens and Ruth Idell. He is survived by: his fiancée Ann Marie Kellogg; his children, Jim Stephens (Brittany) and Kimberly Youngblood (Chad); his siblings, Gayle Simon (Kent) and Rick Stephens (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Eastlyn, Levi, Wyatt and Lucas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
