She is survived by: her husband Roland Cook; her daughters, Patricia Foglia (Dana), Penny Gunter (James) and Kathryn Clark (Charles); her grandchildren, Christopher Foglia (Melissa), Sarah Nelson (James), Lori Foglia (Joel Lodge), Michael Foglia (Sarah), Amy Brinkley (David), Lindsay Wrazen (Paul) and Kevin Clark (Yumi); and her sister Marion Unwin. She is also survived by 16 great- grandchildren.
