He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kawacz and Stella Kawacz; and his siblings, Richard Kawacz and Genie Versaggi. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorri Civalier (Michael) and Monica Kaplin (Rick); his granddaughter Sarah Jamieson; and his great grandchild Levi Jamieson Erne.
