She was predeceased by: her son Todd Forkell. She is survived by: her children, Paul Richard Forkell, Cindy Martello (Frank) and William Forkell; her grandchildren, Jessica Martello Spradlin, Michelle Martello (Glen Carty), Danielle Malatesta (Marc), Frank Martello, Dustin Forkell and Tarmala "TJ" Williams; and her friends, Gwen Saulsbury and Lonnie Skeffington. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins.
