He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carter and Carol Carter; and his sister Noel Carter. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Carter; his children, Jason Carter and Jill Alvarado (Carlos); his grandchildren, Kirsten and Matthew Alvarado; his brother James Carter (Betty); and his brother-in-law Henry Bencus (Patricia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear and life-long friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeremy's memory can be made to Greece Performing Arts Society or the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm.
