He is survived by: his children, John Lombard and Mary Jo Maxwell (James); his grandchildren, Felicia (Khurram Pervaiz), Anthony (Diana), Gina Wolf (Charles), Brian Maxwell (Shawna) and Craig Maxwell (Laura); and his son-in-law John Smith. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
