He was predeceased by: his parents, Filippo DiNato and Rosa DiNato; his granddaughter Carmela LaRocca (Franca DiNato); and his sisters, Sara Franco (Pippo), Assunta LoIacono (Antonio) and Aurora Scribano.
He is survived by: his wife Sara DiNato; his children, Maria Shamp (Scott), Josephine LaRocca and Philip DiNato (Michelle); his son-in-law Angelo LaRocca; his stepdaughter Donatella Cacciari (Michele); his grandchildren, Scott Shamp (Allie), Guglielmo LaRocca (Tanya), Kristina Shamp, Ariana DiNato and Jenna DiNato; his great grandchildren, Leonardo Parker and Blake Shamp; and his brothers-in-law, Giuseppe Accorso (Lina) and Salvatore Scribano. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
