With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis A. Nealon of Greece, New York, who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Arline Vay; his parents, Frank Nealon and Lillian Stephans Nealon; his siblings, Lorraine Laniak (Carl), Mary Foos (George) and William Nealon (Martha); and his great grandchild Jacob Aeckerle.

He is survived by: his children, Don (Sue), Jim (Mary), Paul (Claudia), Kathy Neu (Jerry), Bob (Cathy), Therese Bishop (Kevin), Beth Mink (Lou) and John (Judy); his sister-in-law Mary Lou Lester; and his sister Concepta Vay. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.

“The SATTER FAMILY from Greece, NY, also sends our most deepest sympathy of the loss of Bud and also Arline in November. I am Rita Satter, Bud was my GODFATHER. Ruth, my twin both celebrated our 80th Birthday in 1/1/41. Bud always came to the wake of our deceased relatives. What a wonderful large family you have, and when I visited summers in Rochester, (I live in Venice, Fl. 26 yrs) I went to St. John The Evangelist on weekends. We have two sets of Twins in our family,”

Ruth, my TWIN and I both celebrated our 80th Birthday on 1/1/41 Bud always came to many of the Satter wakes. What a wonderful, religious family you have. Our prayers are with you. I live in Venice, Fl.,26 yrs. and went to St John the Evangelist summers. We have 2 sets of TWINS in our family. Used to see Bud at P.O. Dewey Ave.”
