She was predeceased by: her husband George Bird; and her brother Fred Pomeroy. She is survived by: her children, Howard Bird (Sally), Catherine Totah and Doug Bird (Theresa); her grandchildren, Gregory Bird (Claire), Sarah Shive (Jesse), Ryan Bird (Leanna), Valerie Orbaker (Todd), Andrea Totah (Howard Harding), Erika Tokarz (Brian) and Scott Tokarz (Kaitlyn); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Austin, Jon, Melana, Laila, Conor, Emily, Katelyn, Chloe, Aubrey, Elijah, Owen, Evelyn and Elliott; and her sister-in-law Ann Pomeroy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Church of the Ascension in Fay's name.
