He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Willard; his children, Charles Willard IV (Carol) and Christine Donalies (John); his grandchildren, Nicole Coons (Dan), Maggie Ravenell (Jarvon) and Charles Willard V; his great grandchild Brinley Margaret Coons; and his sisters, Vonnie Scott and Vicki Yarwood. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and dear friends.
